EUROCOM revealed benchmarking results of Panther 2.0 with overclocked HD 6990M CrossFireX

Eurocom Corporation, a developer of fully upgradeable notebooks has completed a round of benchmarking results in their flagship Panther 2.0 system using AMD’s newest Radeon HD 6990M GPU. In the round of testing the EUROCOM Panther 2.0 platform was tested with one HD 6990M GPU, two HD 6990M in CrossFireX, one HD 6990M (Overclocked) and two HD 6990M in CrossFireX (overclocked). 

The EUROCOM Panther is the perfect platform for high performance GPU testing because it can support two in CrossFireX configuration while also supporting a desktop Intel Core i7 or Xeon X5690 processor. 24 GB of DDR3-1666 RAM are supported as well as four 2.5 Storage drives (SSD, HDD, Hybrid) in RAID 0/1/5/10.

The benchmark testing was a comprehensive roundup of several different software suites combined with different games integrated benchmarking capabilities. This round of testing is designed to give a real world view into the performance of platform and GPU.

During testing the EUROCOM Panther 2.0 was equipped by an Intel Core i7-980X at 3.33 GHz, hyperthreaded and Turbo Enabled and 6GB DDR3 RAM.
