Eurocom added Intel Core i7-2960XM to its line of high performance fully upgradable notebooks.

The EUROCOM Racer is currently the only notebook with the most powerful mobile GPU’s and mobile processors on the market. The EUROCOM Racer supports NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580M, AMD Radeon Mobility HD6990M or NVIDIA Quadro FX 5010M equipped with 2GB of superfast DDR5 VRAM.

EUROCOM Racer also supports up to 32GB of DDR3-1333 or DDR3-16000 of system memory and an optional display configuration of a Matte or Glossy Full HD 1920 x 1080 (16:9) LED backlit panels. The Racer is a high-end professional and gaming notebook, which can be fully configured and customized to users’ exact specifications, operational and application requirements.

The second gen Intel Core i Processors are based on 32nm technology and Sandy Bridge architecture supporting Intel Turbo Boost 2.0, which allows processor cores to run faster than the base operating frequency. Intel Hyper-Threading is also supported, which efficiently enables multiple threads to run on each core, improving overall performance.
