A few hours ago, Samsung uploaded a video of its Series 3 15.6-inch 300V5A Sandy Bridge notebook in 5 different colors.

The Series 3 300V5A notebook comes in elegant and vivid colors – Chic Black, Raspberry Pink, Alaska Blue, Vital Orange, and Smoky Silver. The color of its display lid matches the color of the notebook’s keyboard.

The Samsung Series 3 notebook range boasts ultraportable design with a narrow bezel (Slim Bezel) of just 10.3mm – increasing the viewable screen size by one inch compared with previous Samsung models.

It is also small and light, without compromising on screen size. It has a full-size, island-type keyboard, which makes typing easy, wasting less time correcting errors. The keyboard’s ergonomic, stylish design features isolated keys, with optimized spacing for more comfortable typing experience.

The Samsung 300V5A is equipped with Intel’s Sandy Bridge – Pentium/ Core i3/ i5/ i7 Processor (Pentium B950, i3-2310M, i3-2330M, i5-2410M, i5-2430M, i7-2670QM). It also has 4GB of DDR3 memory, 640GB hard drive, DVD, webcam, WiFi, HDMI, VGA, USB 2.0 ports and a card reader.

The notebook’s 15.6-inch HD LED backlit LCD anti-reflective display is powered by Nvidia GeForce GT 520MX and Intel HD Graphics 3000 with NVIDIA Optimus technology. It is loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) and is ideal for casual gaming, web browsing, watching HD movies and picture editing.

The Samsung 300V5A can wake up within a few seconds (FastStart with Instant-On). It has up to 7 hours of battery life (6-cell) and with Samsung’s PowerPlus the battery gets extra recharges (up to 1000) comparing to conventional batteries. Its dimensions are 366.9 x 240 x 32.3mm, weighing about 2.45 kg (5.40 lbs).

Two month ago, Samsung released its 14-inch and 15.6-inch Samsung Series 3 300V (SENS Series 3 300V) notebook in South Korea.

The 15.6-inch Samsung 300V5A (NT300V5A-A16B, NT300V5A-A45, NT300V5A-HALLA, NT300V5A-A45E, NT300V5A-S66, NT300V5A-S66V, NT300V5A-S66B, NT300V5A-S66E, NT300V5A-S86M, NT300V5A-S66P) is priced between 890,000 ($776 USD) and 1,400,000 Won ($1220 USD).
