Barnes & Noble Intros its new WiFi 7-inch NOOK Tablet

Barnes & Noble introduced its new WiFi 7-inch NOOK Tablet.  

 

 

The NOOK Tablet is Barnes & Noble’s new fastest and lightest tablet, loaded with Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The device has 7-inch (1024×600) VividView IPS touchscreen display (169ppi), powered by 1GHz TI OMAP4 (Texas Instruments) dual-core processor, 1GB of memory and 16GB of storage (up to 10,000 books), which can be expanded with additional 32GB through its SD card raeder.

 

 

The WiFi tablet weighs 14.1ounces and can hold up to 11.5 hours when reading books, 9 hours of video playback with wireless switched off, and 8 hours on WiFi. It also offers Adobe Flash Player support and free Wi-Fi in all Barnes & Noble stores.
