Samsung announces shipping dates of Galaxy Note AT&T 4G LTE

Today, Samsung announced the shipping dates of the Galaxy Note AT&T 4G LTE tabletphone.

The Galaxy Note (the device combining a smartphone and a tablet) comes with the world’s first 5.3-inch HD (1280×800) Super AMOLED screen, offering sharp, clear colors and readability – indoors and outdoors. The tabletphone also comes with the S Pen, with which users can easily sketch drawings, write notes, emails and texts. In addition, you get the S Memo application, which lets you create content captured by the S Pen, and combine and convert it to a ‘memo’.

“The Galaxy Note brings a new level of efficiency to busy customers who would normally rely on multiple devices,” said Jeff Bradley, senior vice president, Devices, AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets. “This new breed of smartphone helps consumers accomplish more with a single device than ever before. The unique all-in-one experience can simplify daily life while tapping into AT&T’s 4G LTE network to let customers work even faster.”

The Samsung Galaxy Note AT&T will be available in Carbon Blue and Ceramic White at AT&T’s stores from February 19th, 2012 for $299.99 USD (with a two-year contract).

For those, who want to get it earlier, the device can be pre-ordered at www.att.com/galaxynote or at the AT&T stores from February 5th, and will be delivered by February 17th, this year.
