Lately, we had a pink Dell Inspiron M5010 which was brought for a hard drive replacement. This notebook has a bit strange design. Its hard drive can not be reached by just taking of a few screws and a plastic cover. It is hidden inside the machine, and the only way to replace it is by taking it apart.

Recently, a Dell Inspiron 1545 notebook was brought to us, at Laptoport, with a non-working screen. The user explained that the notebook was dropped from around two feet height. And added, that in the beginning when the problem occurred, he could of find a position in which the display was working. Then, one day it suddenly stopped functioning.
Dell unveils its 14-inch XPS 14z notebook with an optical drive
Yesterday, Dell unveiled its 14-inch XPS 14z “Less Than an Inch Thin” notebook with an optical drive.
The new Dell XPS 14z is the thinnest fully featured 14-inch notebook with an internal optical drive and discrete graphics option. The XPS 14z delivers a powerful performance and stylish design. The notebook comes in anodized aluminum and magnesium alloy chassis with a palmrest in dark gray.
It is powered by Intel’s second-generation Core i5/ i7 processors, a 14-inch HD WLED display, a slot-load optical drive and NVIDIA graphics option. The XPS has a compact design – measures less than an inch thin and with a 14-inch HD display “Borders on Borderless” fitted into a 13-inch laptop form factor (offering 10 percent more viewing area than a 13.3-inch display). Dell Inspiron 13z notebook now available in South Korea
From a few days, Dell Inspiron 13z notebook is available through Dell’s website (Korea).

The Dell Inspiron 13z is a thin, stylish, light and powerful notebook packed with the new power efficient second-generation Intel Core i3/ i5/ i7 processor. The standard model comes with a 2.2GHz Intel Core i3-2330M CPU, 2GB memory and 320GB hard drive. Its 13.3-inch (1366×768) HD WLED True-Life display is powered by Intel HD graphics 3000. In addition, a USB 3.0, USB2.0, 1MP webcam and Dell Wireless 1702 802.11 b/g/n + BT. The notebook weighs 1.755kg (3.87lbs) with its 4-cell Li-Ion 44WHr battery and is loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (Korean).
Dell XPS 15z appears in Korea
A few days ago, Dell XPS 15z appeared in Dell’s – Korean website.

This MacBook-Pro-alike laptop was introduced by Dell, earlier this year. It is ultra thin and powerful piece of hardware, which has a lot to offer.
From its anodized aluminum case to its backlit chiclet keyboard, XPS 15z blends classic craftsmanship with modern design. It’s just 0.97-inch at its thickest point and is advertised as “The thinnest 15-inch PC on the planet”.
