LG gets ready for CES 2012 with its new Super Ultrabook Series – Z330 and Z430, and two new 3D notebooks P535 and A540.
Today, LG announced that is readying to exhibit two new Ultrabooks and two new notebooks at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2012 in Las Vegas. LG’s brand new Super Ultrabook Series, the Z330 and the Z430, offer powerful performance and sleek design unseen in ordinary Ultrabooks, while the P535 and the A540 establish a new standard for 3D notebooks.
Today, LG announced, that with its 3D notebook LG A530 is the first to offer a flicker-free viewing experience.
LG has become the first company to be certified by a recognized authority for its flicker-free 3D notebook display. TUV Rheinland, one of the world’s leading technical, safety and certification services and Europe’s highest authority on standards, recognized the LG A530 notebook (known also as LG Xnote A530) for being the first flicker-free 3D notebook.
The certification was issued after precise testing of LG’s 3D display, which TUV says – resolved the flickering problem which has plagued all other previous 3D notebooks. Flickering screens can cause discomfort when viewed for a longer period of time.
Yesterday, LG announced its new 14-inch LG S430 and 15.6-inch LG S530 Aurora notebooks, known in South Korea as LG Xnote S430 and LG Xnote S530 (The machines are already available online – read after the break).
The LG S430 and LG S530 have an attractive, brightly colored exterior design with a sleek, Crystalline Finish, while also delivering outstanding computing power.
The Crystalline Finish (lid is covered by a special innovative coating NCVM (Non-Conductive Vapor Metallization) technology, produces a colorful metallic veneer. The LG Aurora notebooks have a pellucid, glossy exterior with improved scratch resistance and a strengthened cover. Bold chamfer cutting around the chassis enhances the slim, sharp feel of the Aurora notebooks, while bold coloring – in Aurora Purple or Aurora Blue – delivers the perfect highlight.
Today, LG unveiled its newest 15.6-inch Full-HD 3D LG A530 notebook (also known as Xnote A530 in South Korea) with dual-camera, which adds another dimension to 3D experience.
The LG A530 does not only offer 3D viewing (like most 3D notebooks), but also has the ability to shoot and share via its 3D dual webcam. The LG A530’s 3D dual webcam makes it simple to create dazzling 3D content, delivers an integrated 3D experience, alowing playback of 3D content from the notebook to other LG’s 3D devices, such as smartphones, TVs and monitors.
LG introduced its new 12.5-inch Xnote P220 notebook in Korea.
Today, LG introduced the LG P220, a new premium notebook offering a superb viewing experience in a sleek, compact, lightweight body. With a three-sided Real Slim Bezel and advanced IPS (in-plane switching) display, the notebook delivers brilliant, 12.5-inch widescreen viewing in a package size of an 11.6-inch notebook. With SuperView, LG’s premium display package, the LG P220 sets new standards in displays with a viewing experience unrivaled on any 12-inch class notebook.
LG Electronics launched 15.6-inch thin and light Xnote P530 notebook in Korea.
LG Xnote P530 is following the success of the 12.5-inch and 14-inch – smaller and lighter notebook models (P210 P420, P430), announced earlier this year.
The Xnote P530 series come with a second-generation Intel i7,i5 or i3 CPU. The 15.6-inch HD LED backlit display is powered by an NVIDIA GeForce GT 520M graphics card with 1GB of VRAM. It has up to 8GB of system memory, up to 750Gb HDD, Super Multi DVD Drive and runs Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system.
LG announced their Blade series P430 and P530 notebooks with a super slim, light and strong design. New “Blade” series will launched later this month.
The P430 with 14-inch and P530 with 15.6-inch LED LCD screen offer outstanding features that set them apart from the competition in slimness, weight and material. Those notebooks feature a super-slim screen, bezel and body – 50 percent thinner than any other notebooks in their class. The P430 weighs just 1.94kg, while the P530, at 2.2kg. They have lightweight bodies to maximize mobility.
