AT&T offers Sony Tablet P in US for $399 with a 2 year contract
AT&T offers Sony Tablet P in the U.S. for $399 USD with a 2 year contract.

AT&T announced that the dual-screen Sony Tablet P will be available in the States, starting from March 4th, 2012.
The Sony Tablet P has two 5.5-inch screens with display resolution of 1024 x 480, powered by NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core 1GHz mobile processor, 1GB of memory and 4GB of storage. The tablet also comes with a 0.3MP front-facing and a 5MP rear camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v2.1 + EDR, 4G support, a microUSB port and microSD card reader (for additional – up to 32GB).
Sony discounts its 16GB and 32GB Tablet S with $100 USD
Today, Sony discounted its 16GB and 32GB models of Sony Tablet S – both with $100 USD. 
It’s January 1st, 2012, and Sony already started to lower prices of its Honeycomb Tablet S.
Now, the Tablet S (Android 3.2) can be ordered for $399.99 USD for the 16GB (SGPT111US/S) variant and $499.99 USD for the one with 32GB (SGPT112US/S) storage space.
Sony launches its Tablet S and Tablet P in India
Sony launched its latest Sony Tablets in India.
Sony’s unique wedge-shaped Tablet S and the wallet-shaped Tablet P are now available in India. Both tablets are loaded with Android 3.2 Honeycomb and offer Swift & Smooth web browsing and engaging entertainment experience.
Sony Tablets are the first PlayStation Certified tablets on which can be played games for PlayStation Certified devices including the preinstalled Crash Bandicoot and Pinball Heroes. Both Tablets can wirelessly connect to DLNA compatible devices, where users can share photos and videos on their TVs. Sony announces that Music Unlimited is now available for the Android tablets
Sony announced that the Music Unlimited cloud-based, streaming digital music service is now available for the Android-based Sony Tablet and other Android tablets worldwide.

Sony’s Cloud-Based Music Service offers a global Catalogue of Over 10 million tracks. The release of the Music Unlimited service’s Unlimited Android v1.2 application (previously only available on compatible Android-based phones) adds Sony Tablet and other Android-based tablets to SNEI’s growing ecosystem.
The Music Unlimited service operates in nine countries and has a global catalog of over 10 million tracks. It is available as a native app on Sony Tablet. For compatible Android phones and tablets, the Music Unlimited service v1.2 app is available for download from Android Market.
Sony is displaying its Sony Tablet S and P at CEATEC Japan 2011
Sony is currently displaying its Sony Tablet S (S1) and Sony Tablet P (S2), along with its Reader PRS-G1 and PRS-T1 at CEATEC Japan 2011.

Sony runs a contest-giving away a Sony Tablet S in the US
Sony is already running a contest for winning a Sony Tablet S in the US (from September 2nd – September 15th).
The giveaway Contest “Catch the Tablet” is for US citizens only. Sony took the Sony Tablet S on a cross-country tour and invited those who would like to win it, to join in.
You can win the tablet in several ways. You have to go and meet Sony representatives at any of the locations on their cross-country tour on an interactive map on Sony’s Facebook Page. So, first take a photo of the tablet when you see it and tweet it on Twitter with the tag #catchthetablet and you will be entered to win! You can also post a tweet letting Sony know where you’d like them to bring the tablet on their tour and as long as you include #catchthetablet you’re in it to win one. Sony announced the launch dates for Sony Tablet S and Sony Tablet P (previously known as – Sony Tablet S1 and Sony Tablet S2).

The first two Sony Tablet models combine unique hardware, content and network services with seamless usability to create an exciting new world of network entertainment experiences. Both tablets were announced at the end of April, this year with Android 3.0 and now the WiFi models are equipped with Android 3.1 (upgradable to Android 3.2) and the Wi-Fi/3G models are equipped with Android 3.2.
