AMD updates its notebook A-Series Accelerated Processing Units
AMD updated its notebook A-Series family of APUs. 
Yesterday, AMD updated its A-Series notebook Accelerated Processing Units (APUs), combining up to four x86 CPU cores with up to 400 Radeon cores and delivering powerful DirectX11-capable, discrete graphics and dedicated HD video processing on a single chip.
The AMD A-Series family of APUs also features AMD Steady Video, designed to stabilize videos playback, eliminating shakes and jitters. On select systems with AMD A-Series APUs, Internet Explorer 9 will include an AMD Steady Video plugin, unlocking one-click control for video stabilization.

Today, LG Electronics released its first Ultrabook – the LG Xnote Z330 (LG Z330), just in time for the holidays in South Korea.
The Ultra-powerful LG Xnote Z330 boots-up in just 9.9 seconds, measuring 14.7mm at its thinnest point the Ultrabook weighs only 1.21Kg. It has a compact display design – with its 13-inch HD display (with 8mm narrow bezel – Style by Blade) fitted into a 12-inch notebook form factor.

Panasonic updates its Toughbook H2 rugged tablet with a 2nd gen vPro CPU in Japan
Panasonic updated its 10.1-inch Toughbook H2 (CF-H2ASAAZDJ/CF-H2ASCKEDJ) rugged tablet with a 2nd gen Intel Core vPro CPU in Japan.

The new chemical-resistant Toughbook H2 (CF-H2) healthcare model has been greatly improved in performance with the new second generation Intel core i5-2557M vPro 1.7 GHz processor (with turbo boost up to 2.7 GHz) and 160GB HDD (previous model – 80GB). Also a brighter 10.1-inch XGA LCD screen with increased visibility - 6000 nit of transflective brightness (previous field model – 500 nit). The unit has a fast-charging support – charges in 3 hours (previous model – 5.5 hours) and a USB, LAN and serial port. It includes multiple security features, as Intel Anti-Theft Technology (Ericsson F5521gw), Intel Identity Protection technology and TPM. The tablet comes with Windows 7 Professional 32-bit/64-bit.
