1&1 (a German ISP) has set up three tablet packages – for those of you who live in Germany and are thinking of getting a tablet PC. The company is offering a choice of 3 tablets (Huawei MediaPad 3G, a Motorola Xoom or a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1N) with a SIM card, up to 14.4Mbps mobile broadband internet speeds and 100GB of storage space for 39.99 Euro per month ($52 USD), plus an activation fee of 29.90 Euro ($39 USD).

Two days ago, AT&T introduced its Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 4G LTE tablet.

 

 

 

 

The AT&T’s 4G LTE Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 is an ultra-thin tablet with a slim and lightweight design, running Android 3.2 (Honeycomb) and packed with optimized services from Google, AT&T and Samsung. The new tablet comes with a vivid 8.9-inch (1280×800) high-resolution screen, powerful 1.5GHz Snapdragon dual core processor, and support for HTML 5 and Adobe Flash Player.

NTT DoCoMo announces its first LTE tablets-Docomo GALAXY Tab 10.1 LTE SC-01D and Docomo ARROWS Tab LTE F-01D

Today, NTT DOCOMO, Inc. announced in Japan its first LTE tablets- Docomo GALAXY Tab 10.1 LTE SC-01D (manufactured by Samsung) and Docomo ARROWS Tab LTE F-01D (manufactured by Fujitsu).

Both tablets feature large 10.1-inch displays and are powered by dual core CPUs running on Android 3.2 Honeycomb.

The light, thin and fast Docomo Tablet GALAXY Tab 10.1 LTE SC-01D is DOCOMO’s LTE-optimized version of the GALAXY Tab 10.1, the latest large-screen tablet in the globally popular GALAXY series. Customized for DOCOMO services such as sp-mode, docomo market and Area Mail, the device offers excellent operability and mobility.
