Hyundai offers its new A7 Android 4.0 tablet in China for just $79 USD.
The car maker company Hyundai is lately jumping into the tablet segment, now offering its latest A7 tablet with Android 4.0 ICS in China.
The A7 tablet sports a 7-inch (800×480) display with five point touch support), powered by a 1.5 GHz ARM Cortex A10 processor, 512MB memory, 8GB of storage space and a Mali-400 GPU. It supports 1080p HD video playback, which can be shared via its HDMI port. In addition the tablet has a webcam and a MicroSD card reader. Bluetooth and GPS navigation are missing, but let’s not forget that it’s a low-cost tablet.
Fujitsu will launch its 10.1-inch Fujitsu Stylistic M532 tablet with ICS.
Fujitsu is getting ready to launch its new Stylistic M532 – Tegra 3 (quad-core) tablet, which will come with a 10.1-inch (1280 x 800) display, two cameras (3MP front and 8MP rear-facing camera with LED flashlight), 16GB of storage, a SIM slot (UMTS), microUSB and a microSD card reader.
A few days ago, ViewSonic introduced its new 7-inch Android 4.0 ICS tablet at CES 2012.
The ViewPad E70 is a 7-inch tablet running Google’s latest Ice Cream Sandwich OS. The device is powered by 1GHz single core processor, 1GB of memory and 4GB storage. Velocity Micro shows its upcoming Cruz Tablet T507 and T510, ahead of CES 2012.
Velocity Micro (VM) uploaded a product page of its devices, with which the company will present itself at CES, this year. Two of them are the Cruz Tablet T507 – coming with a 7-inch (wide) capacitive Touch Screen, and Cruz Tablet T510 – with a 9.7-inch (4:3) capacitive screen and a chassis with 8.9mm thickness.
Asus helps the modding community and unlocks the bootloader of its Transformer Prime device.Today, Asus announced that is preparing to out an ICS update for the Transformer Prime.
The update version 22.214.171.124 will get better the focus capabilities of the Prime‘s camera, will enhance the touch experience, and the APK capabilities in Android Market. Asus will make available the Android 4.0 ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich) FOTA worldwide update for the Prime, starting from January 12th, this year.
A few days ago, Ainol released quietly another new ICS 7-inch tablet in China – NOVO7 PALADIN.
The NOVO7 PALADIN tablet model is powered by Ingenic’s JZ4770 SoC ultra-low power 1GHz XBurst processor (under MIPS architecture) and GC860 graphics chip, which is capable of decoding 1080p HD video. It comes with a 7-inch (800×480) capacitive two point touch (dual touch support) screen, 4GB/ 8GB of storage space, 512MB of DDR2 memory, WiFi, Bluetooth and external support for 3G.
