Asus makes available its 13.3-inch Zenbooks for Valentine’s Day in Thailand.

Asus is running a special promotion (between February 10th – and 26th, 2012) in Thailand, so as to celebrate the month of love. The company is offering its Zenbook UX31E ultrabook in Rose Gold (UX31E-RY024V), Hot Pink (UX31E-RY029V) and Silver (UX31E-RY009), equipped with second generation Intel Core i5-2557M (Sandy Bridge) low-power processor (17W TDP).

Yesterday, ASUS introduced its Rose Gold and the Hot Pink Zenbooks, and a few tablets at CES 2012 in Vegas.

ASUS announced its new Ultrabooks – the Rose Gold and the Hot Pink colored ZENBOOK (video). The new ZENBOOK is powered by the latest Intel Core i7 processors, SATA3 SSD, Bluetooth V4.0 and USB 3.0 (with USB Charger+ technology).

Asus released its N45J Mystic Edition notebook, especially designed by Jay Chou.

ASUS N45J (J for Jay) notebook is the new special edition N Series, and the second notebook designed in collaboration between ASUS and actor (The Green Hornet), singer and songwriter Jay Chou.
The N45J Mystic Edition is an upgraded version of the previous limited edition N43 notebook and is called “Mystic Edition” due to the connection of Jay Chou‘s new Exclamation Point album. The display lid is covered with art from the album, plus the singer’s signature. The notebook comes with SonicMaster technology co-developed with Bang & Olufsen ICEpower, and is bundled with an external subwoofer (just like the N43).

Asus presents its new Zenbook Ultrabook in New York
Asus just presented its Zenbook at Asus’s Untrabook Global Launch Event, which took place in New York (Manhattan), U.S, a few hours ago. 
The “New Era” has started with the perfect fusion of simplicity, a modern design, balance, harmony and a true Zen Spirit – The Asus Zenbook.
The event begun with Asus’s Chairman Jonney Shih, paying his respects and condolences to Mr. Steve Jobs’s Family and friends (not in their presence). Then Mr. Shih showcased the new ASUS ZENBOOK, and said: “I belive, that ASUS ZENBOOK is the best solution of this Ultra Era – Ultra beauty, Ultra Performance, Ultra Green and Ultra Sound”.
The Asus ZENBOOK ultrabook’s key features include, a resume “always in 2 seconds”, and its standby time is up to 2 weeks (or 14 days, 3 – 4 times better than Asus’s competitors). “Our competitors may claim that their ultrabook resumes in more than 6 second, our resumes always in 2 seconds”, said Mr. Shih.
