ASUS announces its 12.1-inch Eee PC 1215B in a new RED color for the Japanese market

Author: ASUS announced its 12.1-inch Eee PC 1215B in a new RED color for the Japanese market, which will be available in mid-September, this year.
Asus added a new RED color to its The Eee PC 1215B netbook, in addition to the current black and silver products.
The ASUS Eee PC 1215B netbook is based on the AMD Brazos platform and features the new dual-core E-350 + AMD Radeon HD 6310 graphics Fusion APU. The Accelerated Processing Unit enables visually rich, enhanced PC experiences even on small form factor devices.

ASUS announces availability of its 10.1-inch Eee PC 1011PX and Eee PC 1015PX netbooks in the UK
Recently, ASUS announced the availability of its 10.1-inch Eee PC 1011PX and Eee PC 1015PX in the UK through Amazon UK and PC World.
Both netbooks have a 10.1-inch (1024×600) LED backlit screen, which displays crisp and vivid graphics in a portable form factor. The machines are coming in a stylish seashell design that’s easily distinguishable with a unique wave pattern texture (Eee PC 1011PX – Texture: Black, White) or in various matte or glossy colors (Eee PC 1015PX – Matte: Black, Blue, Red, White and Glossy: Black, Red, and White).

Asus Expo 2011 is breaking the Limits in Vietnamese cities of Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi
Asus Expo 2011 (Annual Exhibition), with the theme “Breaking the limits” was held in the Vietnamese cities of Ho Chi Minh (on 31st of July, 2011) and Hanoi (on 6th of August, 2011).
The event was expected to welcome more than 10,000 registered visitors to experience and explore Asus’s latest products in Vietnam. ASUS Expo 2011, brings together the technological achievements of the most impressive, most surprising of more than 100 new products like laptops, motherboards, graphics cards, products for entertainment, audiovisual and game play.

Asus releases Eee PC 1015PX and Eee PC 1011PX in Japan
Today Asus releases Eee PC 1015PX and Eee PC 1011PX in Japan.
Both Models are loaded with Windows 7 Starter SP1 (already applied). They come in two different colors – Black & White. The netbooks have 10.1-inch wide TFT color LCD (LED Backlight) display (1024 × 600 WSVGA), 1GB memory and 250GB HDD, WiFi, USB 2.0 × 3 and an external display output.
The Eee PC 1015PX has a WiMAX module and is powered by an Intel Atom N570 CPU. It comes with a 2 years license of Microsoft Office Personal 2010. Its battery life is up-to 8.7 hours and weighs about 1.25kg. The white model will be released on May 28, 2011 (Sat), while the black in mid-June 2011. It will be sold for 39,800 yen (tax included).
ASUS Eee PC 1000H dropped while working
ASUS Eee PC 1000H was for repair at the Laptoport workshop. It was dropped while working (for a second time). Nothing broken and screen intact too. Just under it, the HDD RAM plastic cover popped out from one side. Hard drive was replaced once, with a WD 320GB SATA disk.
