LG ready for CES with new Super Ultrabook Series and notebooks

Author: LG gets ready for CES 2012 with its new Super Ultrabook Series – Z330 and Z430, and two new 3D notebooks P535 and A540.
Today, LG announced that is readying to exhibit two new Ultrabooks and two new notebooks at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2012 in Las Vegas. LG’s brand new Super Ultrabook Series, the Z330 and the Z430, offer powerful performance and sleek design unseen in ordinary Ultrabooks, while the P535 and the A540 establish a new standard for 3D notebooks.

Samsung Series 7 GAMER-gaming notebook launched in the UK
Samsung launched its powerful gaming notebook – the Series 7 GAMER – in the UK.
The Samsung Series 7 GAMER is powered by a quad-core Intel Core i7 processor, the most powerful graphics card currently available – the AMD Radeon HD 6970M (with 2GB GDDR5 VRAM), and 8GB ExpressCache plus the hard drive storage of up to 1.5TB. It is equipped with an optional 3D (with Bluetooth-enabled active shuttering 3D glasses) 17.3-inch (1920 x 1080) Full HD display and the latest 3D surround sound.
The GAMER comes with a Blu-ray drive, 2MP webcam, WiFi, Bluetooth v3.0, an HDMI port and two USB 3.0 ports. It has four optimization modes – ‘Gaming’ mode, ‘Balanced’ mode’, ‘Library’ (for quiet surroundings), and ‘Green’ (a battery saver mode). The machine is loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS.

Samsung uploads a video of its 17.3-inch SERIES 7 GAMER notebook
Yesterday, Samsung uploaded a new video (Samsung GAMER transforming into a gaming mode) of its SERIES 7 GAMER notebook.
The gaming machine is equipped with Intel Core i7 Quad-Core (Sandy Bridge) processor, up to 16GB of DDR3 memory (4x4GB), ExpressCache 8GB (a speed buster for ultra-fast start), two 750GB (7200rpm) hard drives and a Blu-ray disc drive. It has a big 17.3-inch (1920 x 1080) Full HD SuperBright Plus LED Display powered by AMD Radeon HD 6970M (2GB GDDR5 VRAM) graphic processor.

ASUS announces availability of its ZENBOOK with 128GB SSD in the UK
ASUS announced availability of its ZENBOOK with 128GB SSD in the UK. 
ASUS’s will offer its ZENBOOK UX21 and UX31 Ultrabook with a 128GB of SSD storage in the UK.
The ZENBOOK UX21 has the same specs equivalent to the UX21E-DH52 US model – Intel Core i5-2467M processor, 11.6-inch HD (1366 x 768) LCD display and 128GB of SSD.
The UK model of Asus ZENBOOK UX31 is alike the UX31E-DH72 US model – Intel Core i7-2677M processor and 13.3-inch HD+ (1600 x 900) display, except the SSD capacity which is set to 128GB.

Samsung’s new Series 7 Chronos notebook isn’t an Ultrabook, but still features spectacular specs – a smaller bezel that allows a 15-inch screen to be embedded in what was formerly a 14-inch chassis. Running Windows 7 Home Premium/ Windows 7 Professional, it’ll start up in about 19 seconds and also provides an 8GB flash memory boost right from the motherboard — along with an 8-cell battery that can go for 9 hours. LG announces its new 14-inch LG S430 and 15.6-inch LG S530 Aurora notebooks
Yesterday, LG announced its new 14-inch LG S430 and 15.6-inch LG S530 Aurora notebooks, known in South Korea as LG Xnote S430 and LG Xnote S530 (The machines are already available online – read after the break). 
The LG S430 and LG S530 have an attractive, brightly colored exterior design with a sleek, Crystalline Finish, while also delivering outstanding computing power.
The Crystalline Finish (lid is covered by a special innovative coating NCVM (Non-Conductive Vapor Metallization) technology, produces a colorful metallic veneer. The LG Aurora notebooks have a pellucid, glossy exterior with improved scratch resistance and a strengthened cover. Bold chamfer cutting around the chassis enhances the slim, sharp feel of the Aurora notebooks, while bold coloring – in Aurora Purple or Aurora Blue – delivers the perfect highlight.
