Asus makes available its 13.3-inch Zenbooks for Valentine’s Day in Thailand.
Asus is running a special promotion (between February 10th – and 26th, 2012) in Thailand, so as to celebrate the month of love. The company is offering its Zenbook UX31E ultrabook in Rose Gold (UX31E-RY024V), Hot Pink (UX31E-RY029V) and Silver (UX31E-RY009), equipped with second generation Intel Core i5-2557M (Sandy Bridge) low-power processor (17W TDP).
Asus is already offering five models of its ZENBOOK Ultrabook in the US.

ASUS UX21 and UX31 Ultrabooks with Sandy Bridge CPUs will appear in France in October.

The ASUS UX21 will ship with Windows 7 Home Premium and boasts a powerful Intel i7 processor .The UX21’s body is made of aluminum, and its lightweight chassis is only 17 millimeters thick. The Asus UX21 comes out of hibernation in just 3 seconds.
Panasonic updated its 10.1-inch Toughbook H2 (CF-H2ASAAZDJ/CF-H2ASCKEDJ) rugged tablet with a 2nd gen Intel Core vPro CPU in Japan.
The new chemical-resistant Toughbook H2 (CF-H2) healthcare model has been greatly improved in performance with the new second generation Intel core i5-2557M vPro 1.7 GHz processor (with turbo boost up to 2.7 GHz) and 160GB HDD (previous model – 80GB). Also a brighter 10.1-inch XGA LCD screen with increased visibility - 6000 nit of transflective brightness (previous field model – 500 nit). The unit has a fast-charging support – charges in 3 hours (previous model – 5.5 hours) and a USB, LAN and serial port. It includes multiple security features, as Intel Anti-Theft Technology (Ericsson F5521gw), Intel Identity Protection technology and TPM. The tablet comes with Windows 7 Professional 32-bit/64-bit.
