Acer releases its new 10.1-inch Acer ICONIA TAB A200 tablet

Yesterday, Acer released officially its new 10.1-inch Acer ICONIA TAB A200 tablet.

 

 

 

 

The A200 tablet is comes in two colors – Titanium Gray or Metallic Red. It is powered by a 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 Dual Core A9 processor, 1GB of memory and 8 GB/ 16 GB eMMC storage, which can expand up to an additional 32GB via the micro SD card reader. 

The ICONIA TAB A200 tablet is equipped with a 10.1-inch (1280 x 800) WXGA capacitive multitouch LCD display and its connectivity include Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth v2.1 + EDR, GPS, a 2MP front camera, a micro USB (client) and a Full Size USB 2.0 port (host).

Barnes & Noble introduced its new WiFi 7-inch NOOK Tablet.  

 

 

The NOOK Tablet is Barnes & Noble’s new fastest and lightest tablet, loaded with Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The device has 7-inch (1024×600) VividView IPS touchscreen display (169ppi), powered by 1GHz TI OMAP4 (Texas Instruments) dual-core processor, 1GB of memory and 16GB of storage (up to 10,000 books), which can be expanded with additional 32GB through its SD card raeder.

Yesterday, T-Mobile enhanced its tablet business and portfolio of 4G devices with its T-Mobile SpringBoard With Google and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.

The T-Mobile SpringBoard With Google and the ultra-thin Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 run Android 3.2 (Honeycomb) and will enable customers to enjoy their home Web and entertainment experiences virtually anywhere, at 4G speeds.

The T-Mobile SpringBoard (by Huawei) is affordable, offering a premium mobile entertainment and rich web experience. It comes with a 7-inch HD multi-touch display, powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core mobile processor. The tablet offers a variety of preloaded entertainment applications, including access to movies and TV shows  via BLOCKBUSTER on Demand, Netflix and T-Mobile TV.

Lenovo postpones shipment of IdeaPad Tablet K1 in Japan

Lenovo postponed shipment of IdeaPad Tablet K1 in Japan.

The IdeaPad Tablet K1 is the first Android 3.1 Honeycomb tablet certified for streaming from Netflix (video streaming). It comes with a 10.1-inch LCD, up to 64GB of storage, integrated Bluetooth 2.1, 802.11 Wi-Fi connectivity and tools for flexibility, power and security. The IdeaPad Tablet K1 is 13.3mm thick and weighs 750g. It comes in two different colors – White and Red. The tablet has a micro SD card reader, micro HDMI and two cameras (2MP front-Webcam and 5MP rear). Its battery life can hold up to about 8.6 hours (depending on use).
