Samsung launches its second-gen Series 9 notebooks in S.Korea
Today, Samsung announced the official launch of its new second-generation Series 9 notebooks in South Korea.

Samsung Electronics held a domestic Series 9 notebook media launch event, at the D’light hall in Seocho-dong, in Seoul, South Korea.
The luxury second-generation Series 9 notebook is offered with a 13-inch or a 15-inch display in a Mineral ash black color. The ultra-slim and compact-sized Samsung Series 9 comes with a Single Shell “Aero Dynamic” body design. The 13-inch model is just 12.9mm (0.5 inch) thin and weighs 1.16kg (2.56 lbs), while the 15-incher is 14.9mm (0.58 inch) thin, weighing 1.59kg (3.5 lbs) and offers up to 10 hours of battery life on a single charge.

Samsung launched Galaxy Note, Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy Tab 8.9 tablet in Seoul, South Korea.

Today November 28th, 2011, Samsung Electronics held a media day at Samsung Town to announce the launch of Galaxy Note in Korea.
The Galaxy Note (will be released on Tuesday) is a smart mobile device (smartphone and tablet) with a 5.3-inch HD Super AMOLED display, powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, and is 4G LTE capable.
Samsung also launched Galaxy Nexus which is the world-first smartphone running Icecream Sandwich OS (ICS), and Galaxy Tab 8.9 – the first 4G LTE capable tablet PC in Korea. The tablet comes in White and is equipped with a 1.5GHz Dual-core processor, running Android 3.2 Honeycomb with Samsung TOUCHWiZ 4.0 UI. The Galaxy Tab 8.9 is 8.6mm thin and weighs about 465g.

Samsung launched its 11.6-inch Series 7 Slate PC in Seoul, South Korea.

Yesterday, Samsung held a media day in celebration of its official launch of the series 7 Slate PC, in South Korea. The Series 7 Slate PC was promised to be launched in South Korea- today (November 9th, 2011) and Samsung kept its promise.
The Slate PC is offering all of the features of a full-sized laptop in an extremely portable package. It comes with an 11.6-inch (1366×768) Samsung-exclusive SuperBright Plus capacitive touch HD display, which is viewable even in bright sunlight and has a 170-degree viewing angle (400nit). The slate also has a powerful Intel Core i5 processor, 4GB of DDR3 memory, up to 128 GB solid state drive, and is loaded with Windows 7 Professional.

Samsung just uploaded a preview video of its Series 7 Slate PC, equipped with 11.6-inch (1366 x 768) display and running Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium/ Windows 7 Professional (64-bit). The slate is powered by 1.60GHz Intel Core i5-2467M dual core processor, Intel HD Graphics 3000, 4GB of DDR3 1333MHz memory and 64GB of SSD storage. It comes with 2 camera 2MP (front) and 3MP (rear), WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, plenty of ports, docking station and a keyboard. The device weighs 2.06 lbs and can hold up to 7 hours on a single charge.

Samsung introduced its own development UI solution implemented in its Galaxy Tab 10.1 Android Honeycomb tablet, which is expected to enhance the efficiency of Hotel management services and increase customer satisfaction. The Hotel services UI solution includes menus, wine lists, hotel packages, transport and other provided hotel services.
