Today, Toshiba updated its 13.3-inch dynabook R731 notebook with a new Intel Core i5 Sandy Bridge processor in Japan.
The Toshiba dynabook R731 (R731/W2PD) now comes with Intel’s recently launched (Q4, 2011) – 2.40GHz Intel Core i5-2435M dual core processor.
The notebook has a 13.3-inch (1366 x 768) HD TFT LED backlit display powered by Intel HD Graphics 3000. Also, 4GB of PC3-10600 (DDR3-1333) working in single channel (1 slot populated) and 128GB of SSD storage from which 33GB are occupied with system files.
Today, Lenovo (Tokyo) announced the launch of its IdeaPad U300s stylish Ultrabook and the IdeaPad U400 notebook in Japan.
The IdeaPad U300s has a fast start-up/ shutdown times and applications launch, thanks to Lenovo RapidDrive SSD Technology. The Ultrabook is powered by Intel Core i7-2677M Processor with Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0 support. It has a 13.3-inch (1366×768) HD widescreen (16:9) ultraslim display, up to 4GB DDR3 memory and 256GB SSD drive. In addition, an HDMI, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, WiFi 802.11n, Bluetooth and an integrated 1.3MP HD (720p) webcam. The device is loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and comes in Clementine Orange color.
Today, ASUS released its 15.6-inch ASUS-Automobili Lamborghini VX7SX in Japan.
The VX7SX notebook is the ultimate combination of speed and style, designed in collaboration with Lamborghini (Italian car manufacturer).

Two days ago, Asus announced its 15.6-inch N55SF entertainment notebook with a dedicated subwoofer in Japan.
The entertainment laptop boasts a high-performance graphics capabilities with NVIDIA GeForce GT 555M (with up to 2GB video memory) and second-generation Intel Core i7-2630QM quad-core CPU, 8GB RAM and 750GB HDD.
Its 15.6-inch (1920 × 1080) full HD LCD display (N55SF-S2630B) brings up vivid HD content. In addition, a Blu-ray, an HDMI port, two USB 3.0 ports and USB Charger + port (through which you can quickly charge your devices).
